What is TimShop?
TimShop is the new Tim Hortons online store where you can purchase Tims Merch and your favourite Tims at Home products — and have them delivered right to your door.
Where can I find TimShop?
You can access TimShop through the Tim Hortons app or by visiting TimShop.ca.
I don’t live in Canada, how can I access TimShop?
Sorry, TimShop is only available in Canada for now.
Do I need to have a Tim Hortons account to make a purchase?
Nope! You can use our guest checkout, but we encourage you to create an account so you can start earning Tims RewardsPoints on eligible TimShop purchases. Your points can be redeemed for free coffee and other tasty menu items in our restaurants or by ordering through the Tim Hortons app.
What Tim Hortons products can I buy from TimShop?
TimShop carries a selection of Tims at Home coffee and beverage products like our Original Blend Fine Grind Coffee, Keurig K-Cup pods, Hot Chocolate, and more! You can also buy Tims Merch, including apparel, seasonal items, and accessories.
How do I make a purchase?
Visit TimShop.ca or head over to TimShop in the Tim Hortons app to explore our products. When you find something you like, simply add it to your cart and go through online checkout. We’ll prepare your order and ship it to you.
How can I track my order? How do I know when it’s shipped?
All orders placed on TimShop come with tracking information. When you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email from us. When your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking link(s) and any other relevant information.
If you recently placed an order and haven’t received a confirmation email, please contact our customer support team at https://www.timhortons.ca/support.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? What if I made a mistake in my order?
If you accidentally put in the wrong shipping address or made a mistake in your order, please contact us at https://www.timhortons.ca/support to request a change as soon as possible to request a change. We can only make changes to an order before it’s shipped.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on orders once they have been shipped.
Can you ship to me?
We ship our products nationwide across Canada.
When will it get here?
Delivery times depend on the shipping address. Estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
What can I do if I received the wrong product or there’s something wrong with my order?
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. If your order is damaged — or you received an incorrect or faulty product—please contact us at https://www.timhortons.ca/support to request a refund.
Please note, all refund requests must be made within 30 days of your initial purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments from most major payment providers, like MasterCard.
Can I return or exchange an item?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund for qualifying products within 30 days of the initial purchase. For safety reasons, consumable food and beverage products are not eligible for return.
Can I return an item at a Tim Hortons restaurant?
Items purchased online cannot be returned at Tim Hortons restaurant locations or retail stores. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The refund amount will be based on the price paid after any coupons and discounts.
What items are not eligible for return or refund?
Consumable food and beverage products are not eligible for return or refund. Products marked “Final sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or refund.
What is considered “original condition” when returning a product?
Guests are to return products in the same condition they purchased them in — tags must not be removed, and products must be in their original packaging.
What currency is used on TimShop?
The currency used on TimShop is CAD.
Can I use Tims Rewards Points to purchase TimShop products?
No, you cannot redeem Tims Rewards Points for TimShop products at this time.
Tim Hortons Foundation
Donations are collected by TDL on behalf of and as an agent for the Tim Hortons Foundation Camps. All proceeds (less credit card transaction fees) go to the Tim Hortons Foundation Camps.
We are not able to issue tax receipts for donations made through TimShop.ca. Please make your donation through https://timscamps.com/donate/ to be eligible for a tax receipt.
