I bought this mug for my wife, and she adores it. In addition to being cute, the shape of it is well designed, and easy to drink from. The ghost mug Tim's also sells is horrifically designed, the opening curving inwards makes it pretty much guaranteed to spill.
This mug is huge, bigger than the hockey puck mugs they sold a while back (which I still use as I love it).

I hand wash the mug and the decals are coming off, the one ear is gone and the ghost is flaking away. I wash it gently focusing only on the inside and it's still coming off.
