I really love this cup and use it regularly…well, I used to. I always wash this mug, including the lid by hand.
Well the small plug in the lid fell out. So it doesn’t stay closed anymore. I wanted to try and get a replacement lid but have been unsuccessful in finding someone to contact.
In the attached video you can see how it slides with no effort. Doesn’t keep the lid snug and now the effectiveness of keeping the contents hot or cold for a long time had significantly decreased.
Possibly this review will put me in contact with someone who can help me.

I bought 2 of these cups and one keeps the coffee hot for hours and the other one barely keeps it as hot as one of the regular to go cups. Twice now I have refilled them in store and been charged full price for the coffee.
