The mug is wonderful - keeps the coffee/tea hot for a few hours which is nice when you're busy. The lid though? Complete pain to try and clean. There's no drainage and your drink gets underneath and I cannot figure out how to clean it properly without breaking the stopper, and that would defeat the purpose. Any comments on how to deal with this would be appreciated, since I can't get an answer from Tims.
